• One Mascot: $125/day
• Two Mascots: $225/day

Fill out our booking form with your desired rental date, costume selection, and delivery address. We’ll confirm availability and review all details with you.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable $25 reservation fee per mascot is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your total rental cost.

Unpaid deposits and unsigned contracts will result in automatic cancellation after 24 hours, and the rental will be released to the next interested customer — no exceptions.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement and credit card authorization form to sign electronically.

• The renter must scan and upload a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking — no exceptions.
• The ID must match the name on the credit card used for payment.
• The ID must also be presented at the time of delivery — no exceptions.

The remaining rental balance will be charged to the credit card on file before delivery. If the card is declined or blocked, the costume will not be delivered, and the reservation will be canceled. The $25 reservation fee is non-refundable — no exceptions.

Deliveries are scheduled on Fridays between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Delivery Fees (from Cheshire HQ, 06410):

• $25 for up to 10 miles
• $50 for 11–24 miles
• $75 for 25–39 miles
• Over 40 miles: please contact us to discuss

• After your event, we will coordinate the best time to pick up the costume.
• Costumes must be returned in good condition, free of stains, rips, or smoke odors.
• Additional charges may apply for damage or cleaning, as outlined in the rental agreement.
