We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates fill quickly. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on performer availability.


Start by submitting our booking request form. We’ll confirm availability and send you a contract and invoice to secure your date.


No. Full payment is required by the due date listed on your invoice in order to confirm your booking.


Payments are processed through Square and we accept credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and Apple Pay.


No. Our mascot-style characters do not speak. They communicate through gestures, movement, and playful interactions, with assistance from a handler when needed.


Our performers always arrive fully dressed in character and ready to start the party. No prep space is needed.


Yes. All characters are accompanied by a trained handler to assist with safety, visibility, crowd flow, and photos.


  • Indoor events: A clean, ventilated space with room for the character to move safely.
  • Outdoor events: Flat, stable, shaded ground free of water, mud, or hazards.
     

If conditions are unsafe, the performer may modify or discontinue the appearance.


Outdoor performances are weather-permitting. Characters will not perform during thunderstorms, severe weather alerts, or unsafe conditions.


If weather makes travel or performance unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability or provide a credit valid for one year.


For safety reasons, characters must perform indoors during:

  • Heavy downpour Rain
  • Thunderstorms/Lightning 
  • Snow
  • High winds
  • Temperatures above 85°F
  • Temperatures below 30°F
     


If you cancel, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 365 days.

If a refund is requested, a $50 cancellation fee per event date applies.


Yes. Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before the event and are subject to availability.


Yes, as long as it is within 5 miles of the original address. Additional travel fees may apply beyond that range.


Other character entertainers must be approved in advance. We are happy to work alongside other vendors when coordinated properly.


We ask that DJs, music, face painters, clowns, inflatables, or bounce houses are turned off or paused during the character appearance to ensure the best experience.


Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of services with no refund.


Guests may not kick, hit, pull, or tamper with performers, costumes or equipment. Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed near the characters.


If any situation puts our performers or costumes at risk, services may be stopped immediately with no refund.


Our team may take photos for promotional or training purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us before your event or inform the handler on the day of.


Yes, absolutely. Tipping is optional but always appreciated. Our performers work very hard to create a magical experience, and gratuity is a wonderful way to show your appreciation.


Not at this time. We currently specialize exclusively in character appearances and meet-and-greets.


We serve most of Connecticut, within a reasonable distance from our headquarters in Cheshire, CT. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
